Great views over the river from this 36th floor flat. The apartment is modern and extremely well equipped. Comfy big bed with 2 duvets. Aircon. Full kitchen. Shower over bath. Owner arrived promptly and was helpful. Midway between the old and new parts of town.
Lifts are old and creaky, but we had no problems. Exposed, windy site. The area outside the block seems like the coldest place in Astana!

Мы остались в полном восторге от проживания! Большое спасибо хозяйке Гульнаре за гостеприимство! Она радушно нас встретила, помогла с ранним заселением, всё показала и подробно рассказала. Дом современный, находится на огороженной территории, подъезд чистый, есть консьерж. Сама квартира находится на 30+ этаже, и оттуда открывается потрясающий вид - весь город как на ладони, а вечером вид из окна просто завораживает. В квартире очень чисто, просторно и стильно. Есть кондиционер, удобная современная техника и абсолютно всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, как краткосрочного, так и долгосрочного. Также в квартире отличная звукоизоляция, поэтому отдыхать было одно удовольствие. Расположение тоже очень хорошее, т.к. буквально в двух шагах находится большой парк с пляжем, аттракционами и красивым пешеходным Атырауским мостом через реку. Прямо внизу у дома и в пешей доступности есть огромное количество ресторанов, кофеен, баров, а также продуктовых магазинов и аптек. С радостью вернемся сюда снова!)

Amazing stay thank you for your hospitality.
This apartment has a beautiful view over the city and it's with full of beautiful surprises. It's in the 38th floor. Cozy, beautiful and huge.
