    Terrible experience

    Location

Terrible dirty building and apartment. A/C does not work. Elevator didn't work. No hot water. Steps broken. I almost fell. MISLEADING description and rating. Don't go there. The owner first promised to refund and then changed their mind and asked me to lie and provide a good review. I'm working on a refund with the credit card company. Our group of 4 elderly people had a terrible and expensive experience.
