My first serviced apartment stay and it did not disappoint. I will definitely use again on my next Rugby stop over.
It was brilliant. Lovely, comfortable little spot. Loads of facilities if you needed and excellent value for money. Oh and the Seven Stars pub is a winner.
Nothing to fault it.

Lovely property and great service, but noisy
The facility itself is very nice, and the staff were extremely responsible and helpful. Since it was October and felt a bit cold, they promptly arranged for someone to come in and turn on the heater. They also generously allowed us to leave our luggage in the room early, as it was ready around noon.
However, I had an issue with the room selection. The property offers four types of "double rooms" at various price points. I specifically wanted to avoid the ground floor for safety reasons, so I carefully reviewed the photos and paid extra for a room whose ceiling structure and windows indicated an upper floor. Unfortunately, I was still assigned a ground-floor room right next to the main entrance. The street noise and the sound of the main door opening and closing as people came through woke me up multiple times during my stay. Next time I stay here, I will make sure to confirm directly with the property in advance to guarantee an upper-floor room.
