    Overall we enjoyed it. Nice apartment, great location for beach, pool, and supermarket.

    Very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated.

    No air con in the lounge or kitchen. We needed to use the sofa bed so the lack of air con was a problem at night. Also it meant the blinds needed to be closed all the time in the lounge and kitchen to keep out the heat of the sun, but then we really missed the natural light and views. Also the dishwasher did not work. The bathroom door would not lock. There was no cafetière/ French press. There was no extractor fan in bathroom. And the neighbours were very noisy.

    Decent accommodation, terrible customer service

    The staff were very rude, we were told to call when we got to the location, we did and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes for one of the agents to get to the location to let us in. We were told if we wanted our 300 euro deposit back we would have to keep the apartment clean, and we did, however when we asked for the deposit back they sent us images of damage that had been done to the property prior to our arrival and had claimed that we owed them money for repairs.
