    Можно остановиться на несколько суток.

    Удобно на машине, есть парковка. Есть кухня с минимальными принадлежностями для готовки.

    Достаточно далеко от моря и от оживленных мест в Кобулети. Нет микроволновки, мебель на кухне уже не свежая. Если с соседями повезет, будет тихо, если нет, то кошмар, Слышимость очень хорошая, что внутри, что снаружи. Кондиционер стоит на 2-м этаже, там хорошо, а на 1-м совсем некомфортно. Двор открыт для входа и въезда, могут зайти или заехать посторонние.
