Price highly overrated for the poor value. Not recommended. Would never go back.

The view is stunning and the owner really wanted to make the appartment nice, but within all the dirt and refurbishment alomost impossible.

The building is in a desolate state - it is under refurbishment and should better be closed during this process. Ceiling in the hallway open with cables hanging out. Elevators not feeling safe. Dust everywhere - no feeling of cleanliness. Chips from former guests on the sofa. Would not have stayed longer than one night.
