  Clean, comfortable and well-located apartment

  * Daniel was very helpful and friendly. We had a small issue with another door, and he was quick to offer to sort it out. He was always warm and approachable. * The bed was really comfortable. * The room was clean. * Great location. We walked to the Alcázar in about 30 minutes, and bus stops were nearby. * The room had everything we needed, even band-aids and a first-aid kit. * The kitchen was well-equipped. * Check-in instructions were sent on time. The room faces an inner courtyard, and there’s no obvious sign for the property, so look for the name mentioned in the instructions. For the ground-floor apartment, you need to enter the code twice at the main entrance, then enter a different code again at the apartment door.

  * A kettle would be a nice addition. * There’s no dishwasher, but it wasn’t a problem for us. * We found one dead cockroach on our last day, but we didn’t see any others.

  Tres dias estupendos

  La ubicacion perfecta para visitar Sevilla en un par de dias sin coche

  Si tuviera q poner una pega, qiizá seria el colchon de la cama, q para mi espalda me resultó un poco duro. Por lo demas el apartamento está muy bien con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias El anfitrion fue muy amable, lo recomiendo!!. Si vuelvo a Sevilla seguro q vuelvo alli !!

  Boa opção de alojamento, mas com limitações

  Localização, exclusividade do espaço, limpeza e hospitalidade do anfitrião.

  Durante a noite há muito ruído com a abertura e fecho do portão que dá acesso às habitações. Extrema dificuldade de estacionamento - há estacionamento subterrâneo por baixo do prédio, mas o preço é proibitivo (49€/dia).
