    Liniste in inima Sibiului vechi

    Desi se afla la doar 5 minute de Piata Mica, zona este foarte linistita. Apartamentul este spatios, curat si primitor. Se vede grija la detalii si la atmosfera. Patul este excelent, asternuturile impecabile. Dotari suficiente pentru o familie (chiar si cu copii) pentru un sejur de cateva zile. Am fost asteptati cu dulciuri si sampanie, ceea ce ne-a facut sa ne simtim bineveniti. Comunicarea cu gazdele a fost foarte buna.

    Inconvenientele nu sunt majore si se datoreaza in principal situarii intr-o casa veche (parchet care scartaie, presiune fluctuanta a apei). Inafara acestora, as recomanda o "revizie" cu improspatarea veselei si eliminarea recipientelor goale si a ornamentelor "obosite", care dau putin impresia de imbacsit.

    I do not recommend this property.

    Location

    The property itself is clean, modern, and in a great location just a few minutes from the city center. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. We arrived around 11:30 p.m. after missing our train and completed the self check-in, only to find the entire kitchen flooded. We had to wait until almost 2:00 a.m. for the issue to be fixed, losing a large part of our first night because of a problem that existed before we arrived. There was also a city-wide power outage during my birthday, which was outside the host’s control, but it added to an already frustrating stay as the food and cakes we had stored in the fridge were affected. We also experienced other inconveniences, including someone blocking the entrance gate and a neighbour repeatedly trying to open our apartment door. What disturbed me the most happened after I contacted Booking (.com) to complain. Following their intervention, the host agreed to let us leave our luggage at their Constantin Noica property, but only on the condition that we did not leave a review about our experience. We declined and used a luggage locker instead, as I don’t believe anyone should be pressured into staying silent in exchange for a basic courtesy. That interaction said more about the host than anything else. We also experienced recurring water supply and low water pressure issues. The apartment is nice, but the combination of these issues and the way they were handled left us disappointed. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this property based on our experience.

    Just fine..

    I liked that the rooms was big and they had AC .. we found a parking place front of the house so was good, the old city was at just 8-10 min walking which was good .

    The entrance and the building is looking very bad , inside the house was smelling like mould.
