    Great location with slightly uphill but easy walk to the center in less than 10 minutes. Separate roomy kitchen and living room. Two sets of keys which you almost never see. Bedrooms face a courtyard so it's quiet. There was a roll of paper towels, also not that common to see. Lots of spices etc if you plan to cook. Check out 12pm, again not often you see that for an apartment.

    Only a few minor things. Nowhere to put suitcases except the floor. No dish towel. No dish drainer for the counter unless we missed it somewhere. The description says 2 bathrooms but it's 1 1/2 bathroom. There's only one of the bathrooms with shower, the other is only a toilet and sink. No towel bar or hooks in the half bath. No air conditioning but there are two large floor fans. The free parking is competitive on the street. The owner will park their car to save you a spot on arrival but if you leave and come back you're on your own. There's also paid street parking but we were only one night and never moved the car so all was good for us.
