  Såg ut som på bilderna (om än lite mer slitet). Fin utsikt!

  Vi fick bara en nyckel att dela på fyra personer. Man behövde låsa dörren inifrån för att stänga den. Nyckeln fungerade dessutom jättedåligt så det tog lång tid att få upp låset. Vi blev oroliga över detta med tanke på att det vid ev. brand eller liknande skulle vara mycket farligt. När vi kom fram till boendet var röret från diskhon dessutom trasigt och köket gick därför inte att använda. En tekniker skulle komma dit dagen därpå men ägaren lyckades inte använda sin nyckel för att komma in i lägenheten (återigen pga. att låset strulade). Vi fick därför stanna hemma dagen efter och släppa in honom. Det löste sig, men det var inte roligt att ägna tid åt detta när vi ville njuta av vår semester. Vi har inte fått någon kompensation av uthyraren trots att vi begärt det. Mycket dåligt!

  The location was fantastic, only 45 minutes to walk to Funchal with a bus right outside for the people who couldn't walk so far. Pool was lovely with the Lido’s very close which suited all the family

  The apartment was described as having three bathrooms, it didn't it had one bathroom, an ensuite and a toilet, which for 7 adults trying to get ready to go out altogether proved a challenge, but we managed in shifts. One of the bedrooms was very, very hot and didn't have a fan. It didn't affect us too much, but there was scaffolding on the building and the work started very early

  Przyjemny, ogromny i nowoczesny apartament turystycznej dzielnicy Funchal. Fajny budynek, basen, leżaki, winda + parking to wszystko na czym mi zależało. Piękny widok na Ocean z balkonu. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Było wszystko co potrzebne, nawet pralka i suszarka. Centrum handlowe po drugie stronie ulicy, wiele sklepów w okolicy wiele fajnych restauracji. Fajna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Madery. Przejazd do centrum Uberem kosztował grosze zatem odległość nie stanowiła problemu. Ogólnie super miejscówka.

  Dość problematyczy system zamykania drzwi. Po pierwsze trzeba było nauczyć się te drzwi zamykać i otwierać. Ponad to dostaliśmy tylko 1 klucz i to stanowiło problem ponieważ drzwi od środka zamykały się tylko kluczem. Gdy ktoś chciał wrócić później zawsze ktoś musiał mu otworzyć drzwi od środka, co wiązało się z pobudką w środku nocy. Przy pobycie 7 osób 1 klucz to zdecydowanie za mało. Duży hałas uliczny w nocy w 3 sypialniach od strony ulicy, Niestety budynek obecnie jest w remoncie, Codziennie o 8 rano robotnicy zaczynali pracę i ruszały szlifierki i młoty udarowe. Bez zatyczek w uszach o spaniu nie było mowy. Apartament nowoczesny, natomiast łazienki nie, co stanowiło duży kontrast. Dość irytująca ochrona. Panowie chodzili z zeszytami notowali z jakiego apartamentu jesteśmy, przekazywali nam nakazy i zakazy, rozumiem że to ich praca ale dla mnie jako turysty było to dość niekomfortowe.

  The apartment is right on the water, very spacious and clean. Location is good, not far from Funchal within walking distance to some restaurants and a grocery store. Staff was very accommodating to our early arrival. The building is incredibly secure. So secure that we had trouble leaving due to poor direction from the staff and almost missed our flight.

  The key situation is tricky. First the staff gave us two sets of keys, then immediately came back for one. You need a fob into the building, a gate opener and an old fashion key to open the door and you must lock yourself into the apartment (the door doesn't just close). Upon leaving staff advised us to leave the key in the key box at the apartment so we left the fobs and gate opener in the apartment. Upon leaving we had no way to get the gate open, no staff was available and at the time of this review (2 days later) still haven't answered any texts or messages about being stuck. Thankfully we were able to flag down a resident who helped us get out of the gate. Additionally staff left laundry behind in our apartment, we gave them permission to come and get it but they never did. So it sat all week and got rather smelly. The property is under construction, right outside the window of the apartment, and no one mentioned that either. Communication from staff could be far, far better.
