The room looked as shown in the photos.
We asked about early check-in and were requested to pay an additional 1,000 ALL, which we declined. However, when we arrived at the official check-in time, the host was late. The room was difficult to find, messages were answered very slowly, and our phone calls were not answered. The room was not sufficiently clean, and the bed was extremely hard. The booking information did not clearly state that payment was cash only, but card payment was unavailable and only cash was accepted. This left us with very little cash, so we had to search for an ATM, withdraw more money, and pay additional currency-conversion and withdrawal fees. Overall, communication, cleanliness, and check-in management need significant improvement.
