Very quick confirmation. Communication with the host even though English language is a bit struggle. The Owner has a daughter to whom you can pay via Revolut bank. if you are looking for a place to sleep for a reasonable price and don't need any luxury, then this place is an ideal stopover. AC works perfectly and was silent.
Smaller accomodation for family of 5. Two people has to sleep in the kitchen.

If you want to stay in Ksamil, this is a great place to be.
It is close to everywhere in Ksamil. Parking is available. There is very good air conditioning and good Wi-Fi. The apartment is in good condition. There is a washing machine. Towels and bed linen were changed in the middle of the stay. Friendly staff

Le gîte très bien situé proche de la plage mais au calme. Il est récent et très propre. L hôte est accueillant.
Un peu petit pour 5 personnes, avec 2 lits dans la cuisine, dont les équipements sont assez sommaires pour cuisiner

Non siamo stati avvisati che il pagamento sarebbe stato in contanti all’arrivo. Abbiamo dovuto prelevare e pagare 75 euro di commissioni. Davvero pessimo
