Opcja garażu podziemnego fantastyczna . Obiekt w doskonałej lokalizacji , blisko do morza a jednocześnie z dala od głośnej muzyki z lokali czy wszędobylskiego zapachu punktów gastronomicznych. To niewątpliwie zalety tego apartamentu.
Łazienka wymaga remontu a w szczególności kabina prysznicowa. Ponadto koniecznie dołożyć światła w łazience . Wykonanie makijażu czy założenie soczewek jest wręcz niemożliwe .
