※ Late check-in: • Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday (please consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this time, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10:00 PM it will be 50€, and from 1:00 AM, it will be 100€. • If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, or a weekend, the cost will be 30€ until 10:00 PM, after 10:00 PM it will be 50€, and from 1:00 AM, it will be 100€. • If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12, or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: 50€ until 10:00 PM, after 10:00 PM it will be 100€, and from 1:00 AM, 150€. • The 2024 Tourist Tax in Barcelona will apply (6.88€/person/night for guests aged 17 and older, up to 7 nights). • Smoking is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least 400€. • Parties or gatherings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint or the police, security, or neighbors get involved, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to any fines from the police).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
