Loud Construction Site Directly Below Unit
The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment itself is well equipped and quite clean.
There is an undisclosed construction project going on directly beneath the unit. The extremely loud and disruptive hammering and drilling was rather toxic and stressful. I wasted much time and money getting to this surprise constriction site, but at least the owner returned my money when I told him I would not stay here. I specifidally chose this place because it is far from the nonstop noise pollution of the main city avenues. But the undisclosed construction site totally defeated that purpose. Puzzingly, the loud men seemed genuinely surprised that tricking a "guest" into paying for this noise-polluted, stressful experience could somehow cause their "guest" some problems and unforseen costs. I was so happy to leave and get away from their hammering, sawing and drilling. If you enjoy trying to rest directly abofe a very active construction site, then this is just the place for you. Just another polluted, misrepresented Georgian property.
