    Všude kousek, jak do obchodu ( třeba Biedronka, Žabka a další), tak díky poloze i všude okolo ( pláže, promenáda, parky i restaurace) Skvělé místo pro pěší procházky po městě. Dále možnost bezplatného ubytování našeho menšího psa, nebo i bezplatného parkování v ul. Solná případně uvnitř obytného domu.
