    Lokalizacja to największy plus tego obiektu. Blok stoi w takim miejscu, że do plaży i do centrum idzie się zaledwie parę minut pieszo. W pobliżu mnóstwo sklepów, restauracji i kawiarni.

    mieszkanie ma duży potencjał, ale łazienka wymaga odświeżenia lub dokładniejszego doczyszczenia fug oraz silikonu. Dodatkowo ze względu na bliskość ulicy i torów trzeba liczyć się z hałasem co może przeszkadzać przy otwartych oknach.

    Apartament czysty i zadbany,świetnie wyposażony. Blisko do plaży. Szybki dostęp do atrakcji,do sklepów. Na dole przy apartamencie znajduje się kawiarnia,gdzie są pyszne desery.Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

    Wszystko w najlepszym wydaniu. Apartament czysty,wygodny, wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia.Najwieksza zaletą jest położenie, wszędzie blisko, na parterze kawiarnie i knajpki. Blisko wokół pyszne restauracje z jedzeniem. Za oknem ruchliwa ulica i tory kolejowe ale nam hałas nie przeszkadzał,obok dom kultury,na weekend była scena plenerowa i było słychać grające zespoły. Polecamy serdecznie to miejsce ,nam wyjazd się udał mimo słabej pogody.

    Sehr schönes kleines Zimmer, alles was man braucht. Genügend Platz für eine 4 Köpfige Familie mit 2 kleinen Kinder (5,3). Es ist alles gut laufbar bis zum Leichtturm oder Hafen.
