Clean, spacious and comfortable flat, good if you have a car or are ok to use a taxi, because ot is not quite in the centre of Cēsīs, probably around 20-30 min walk. Great responsive host, instructions were clear. 1st floor flat (2nd in Latvia measures) so goodif you have heavy luggage. Overall great stay, would recommend
