  Perfectly located huge apartment

  We chose this apartment based on its excellent location - a few minutes’ walk to the Plaza de Nuestra Señora del Pilar, the three Roman sites, and just about every one of the major sights in Zaragoza. The bars in front were a bit noisy, but not crazy. There were numerous markets within a short walk, and lots of great restaurants, cafes, and bars. The apartment was huge, more than enough room for the two of us, decorated, and furnished. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and serving ware. The apartment was absolutely immaculate. The host was responsive. As frequent travelers, we always appreciate attention to details, and the apartment was clearly presented by someone who knows travelers’ needs. Thank you!!!

  The apartment doorknob lock was near complete failure. We were worried - for good reason - that we would be locked out, unable to retrieve our belongings. The response from the management company - just press harder on the buttons - will just cause the lock to fail sooner. I recommend that future guests verify that the lock has been replaced BEFORE booking this apartment. Also - we weren’t fond of the all-glass wall between the bathroom and the rest of the apartment – we prefer a little privacy when we use the facilities.

  Kao osoba koja često putuje, a ujedno sam i iznajmljivač apartmana, mogu dati samo riječi pohvale za ovaj smještaj. Apartman je vrhunski opremljen, moderan i izuzetno funkcionalan. Lokacija je savršena – nalazi se direktno na glavnoj šetnici, tako da je sve na dohvat ruke. Posebno mi se svidio otvoreni koncept apartmana, koji ostavlja dojam da je prostor znatno veći nego što zapravo jest. Sve je bilo besprijekorno čisto i odlično organizirano. Moja iskrena preporuka – rado bih ponovno odsjeo ovdje.

  L'appartamento dalle immagini su booking sembra perfetto, ma non è nuovo come sembra, è datato. Ci sono alcune pareti scrostate perché il condizionatore ha degli evidenti problemi e perde acqua sui muri, oltre ad avere i filtri pieni di polvere. Abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza perché al nostro arrivo abbiamo visto che l' AC non raffreddava. Abbiamo contattato i proprietari che ci hanno detto che il giorno dopo alle 18 potevano mandare qualcuno a sistemare. Prima notte al caldo e impossibile stare nell' appartamento di giorno o durante le ore calde quando si vorrebbe una camera fresca per riposare. Il giorno dopo hanno "sistemato" il condizionatore che ha iniziato a perdere acqua creando una pozza in casa. Abbiamo dovuto spegnerlo e passare di nuovo la notte al caldo e con l'acqua sul pavimento. Abbiamo poi visto che c' erano già state su booking delle segnalazioni del malfunzionamento dell'aria quindi la proprietà ne era al corrente ma non ha sistemato. Assolutamente non professionali. C'era un ventilatore che serviva a poco e pienissimo di polvere. Per non morire di caldo abbiamo dovuto lavarlo noi come abbiamo potuto. C'era anche una perdita dal water che gocciolava in modo fastidioso e continuo e una delle tende alle finestra era rotta. Ah, se volete privacy per andare in bagno, scordatevela, le pareti del bagno sono di vetro.
