Pokój czysty, codziennie sprzątany, codziennie wynoszone śmieci. Ręczniki zmieniane co drugi dzień. Basen przy obiekcie z leżakami, parasolkami oraz sprzętem do wody (koła do pływania, pistolety na wodę) dla dzieci. Dużo restauracji w pobliżu, w których każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Niedaleko od oceanu, spacerkiem kilka minut. Kontakt z personelem bez problemowy, każda prośba, zgłoszenie usterki załatwione odrazu. Nie ma problemu z miejscem do zaparkowania samochodu. Niedaleko jest duży market,, także zakupy to nie problem. Nieopodal jest duży park wodny oraz park-zoo z delfinami, fokami i mnóstwem atrakcji dla dużych i małych.
Jeden klimatyzator na tak duże mieszkanie to trochę mało. Niestety mieliśmy przyjemność gościć 2 karaluszki, niby normalne w tym klimacie, ale jednak niefajne. Przy dłuższym pobycie trzeba się zaopatrzyć w środki higieniczne (papier toaletowy, mydło, płyn do naczyń, gąbka do zmywania itp...) ponieważ obiekt zapewnia to tylko na "start". Poza tym, reszta na plus.
