No disponer de aparcamiento ni aunque fuera opcional y que posiblemente necesita una reforma.

Nada. Me gusto todo, pero lo menos bueno sería que el apartamento tiene ya sus años. Esto se compensa con el precio. Así que perfecto.

El lugar cerca de la playa muy bien
Los vecinos con los perros a altas horas de la madrugada y los portazos lo peor de la estancia.
