    O apartamento tem três quartos e ainda um bom sofá na sala. Um quarto com cama de casal e dois quartos mais, cada um com duas camas de solteiros. Cabem bem mais pessoas do que eu imaginei. A localização é muito boa e tinha tudo que precisávamos.

    Unser schlimmster Unterkunfts-Albtraum! Schmutz, Ekel und Überschwemmung!

    Ich möchte andere Reisende ausdrücklich warnen! Mein größter Fehler war, die negativen Bewertungen nicht vorher gelesen zu haben, obwohl ich das normalerweise immer mache. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, aber unfassbar verdreckt! Wir sprechen nicht von etwas Staub, sondern von ekelhaften, unhygienischen Zuständen. Die Bettwäsche war voller Haare, sodass wir selbst neue kaufen mussten. Das Badezimmer war derart widerlich, dass ich nur mit Badeschlappen geduscht habe. Und ich bin wirklich nicht pingelig! Eine absolute Zumutung! Dann kam auch noch eine massive Überschwemmung dazu! Wasser breitete sich in der Wohnung aus, wir hatten zeitweise kein Licht und mussten die Unterkunft verlassen. Trotz unserer Meldung fühlten wir uns vom Vermieter im Stich gelassen. Besonders erschreckend ist der Umgang mit Beschwerden. Der Vermieter bestreitet die Verschmutzung. Lesen Sie unbedingt die negativen Bewertungen und vor allem seine Antworten darauf! Zahlreiche Gäste berichten ebenfalls von Schmutz, Haaren und mangelnder Hygiene. Das sollte jeden hellhörig machen! Wir waren wegen einer Beerdigung in Sevilla. Statt Ruhe erlebten wir Ekel, Stress und einen Wasserschaden. Booking wurde informiert, alles fotografisch dokumentiert. Auch die spanischen Tourismusstellen und das Europäische Verbraucherzentrum wurden kontaktiert, damit diese Zustände geprüft werden. Ich habe den erschreckenden Eindruck gewonnen, dass die Wohnung zwischen den Gästewechseln überhaupt nicht gereinigt wurde. Die Betten wurden offenbar lediglich wieder hergerichtet, ohne die Bettwäsche zu wechseln oder zu waschen. Für mich sah es so aus, als würden die nächsten Gäste einfach die Wohnung der vorherigen Gäste übernehmen – inklusive Schmutz, Haaren und benutzter Bettwäsche. Meine dringende Empfehlung an alle zukünftigen Gäste: Schützen Sie sich und Ihre Familie vor solch einer Erfahrung. Wir haben inzwischen die zuständigen spanischen Behörden sowie das Europäische Verbraucherzentrum eingeschaltet.
