The unit itself was ok, the way we were treated soured our experience.
Ocean view from the balcony was very nice, rooms were clean and well appointed. The AC and Wifi worked very well, and the kitchen had everything you needed. The shower only has cool temperature water, which is refreshing unless you like a hot shower.
Our experience at this property was disappointing due to rigid policies and unprofessional service. We were told the only option for an early check-in was to pay for an entire extra night. OK, we chose to wait, but the staff refused to let us sit by the pool or access the beach through the property. Instead, they told us to drag our luggage down a dirty, garbage-filled alley to find public beach access. The staff even refused to hold our bags until we pleaded with them for help. After leaving for lunch, we received a notification from booking.com that our room was ready. However, when we returned, the front desk still forced us to wait in the lobby until 3:00 PM to the exact second before handing over the keys. When we complained to the host about how we were treated, her response was that she had a job and didn't have time to deal with us. She told us we should leave, and offered to return our money so we could stay at a hotel "that has service." This defensive attitude left us feeling uncomfortable and afraid to ask for anything else during our stay. To make matters worse, the amenities were sub-par. The TV did not work at all for cable or streaming services. Additionally, the pool was closed for maintenance on our first day and remained cloudy the next, while the nearby beach was dirty and overrun by aggressive vendors. We strongly recommend booking elsewhere if you value basic customer service.

Excelente hospedaje
Excelente apartamento, muy bien dotado, aseado, amplio y con todas las comodidades. El edificio muy bueno, con piscina y acceso a la playa. Buena atención y comunicación de la propietaria.
