Cómodo, limpio, moderno, buena ubicación, sin demasiado ruido, buena comunicación con el anfitrión. Las instalaciones comunes limpias y bien cuidadas, un edificio tranquilo....

Perfect stay
The apartment is very clean (everything looks spotless and tidy), cosy (makes you feel home), and well equipped (I found everything I needed and much more). The location is both close to the sea and central. Despite this, the balcony faces a quiet one-way street, providing a relaxing and calm atmosphere. Indeed, I could work and sleep with an open window without any disturbing noise. The owner replies promptly, tries to accommodate every request, and provides useful recommendations. Moreover, the building has a reception open 24h, very useful in case of need.
The parking may be a bit annoying, but it's unavoidable and still nothing compared to other large EU cities.

Wir waren unzufrieden
1_Das Bed war wirklich unbequem und wir bekamen Rückenschmerzen, 2_Die Handtücher waren sehr alt und eines hatte Fleckem. 3_Wir hatten während unseres neuntätigen Aufenthaltes keine zusätzlichen Laken und Handtücher zum wechseln. 4_Nachdem wir abgereist waren , schreiben wir Hausbesitzerin dass wir dprt eine paket mit Kleidung zurückgelassen hatten und wenn ist da , sagen Sie uns bitte Bescheid .,dann können wir vprbei kommen und es beim ihr abholen könnten,aber sie antwortet nicht aif unsere Nachricht und das ist sehr unhöflich.
