    Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this accommodation

    The location was good.

    The information on Booking was completely inaccurate. We booked the room because the listing and photos stated it included a double bed and a single bed; instead, there was only a double bed, so one person had to sleep on the sofa. We had to make up the sofa bed ourselves, and we didn't even receive a blanket for the person sleeping there, even though the room was rather cold. Furthermore, the listing mentioned a whirlpool, but none existed. We also messaged the property via Booking the day before check-in to ask if we could drop off our luggage early, but unfortunately, we never received a reply. The staff at check-in were extremely unfriendly. Communication was also very difficult, as the staff spoke neither English nor Spanish. When we had trouble using the washing machine, the staff were again very unfriendly and unhelpful. To top it off, the shower was very moldy. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this accommodation!
