    Ótima!!

    A localização do apartamento e o apto em si, é excelente. E fica perto de tudo que precisa. Duas observações: Primeira -> Para quem tem criança pequena, é bom ficar de olho, pois o apto não têm rede de proteção nas janelas dos quartos. Segundo -> A garagem, para quem tem carro grande, é complicado, tem que ter paciência de entrar ou sair e estacionar.
