    sehr angenehmer Aufenhalt

    Wohnung schön eingerichtet, die Klimaanlage war nützlich und funktionierte gut. Schlafsofa ging gut auf (das Bettlaken passte nicht ganz darauf). Der Balkon war gut benutzbar, Bad dank Lüftung praktisch. Uns hat besonders die Lage nah am Turia Park gut gefallen, wir sind zu Fuss in die Stadt, ohne Mühe. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der selben Strasse ist gegeben, wichtig wg. Wasserkanister (sonst sehr chloriges Wasser aus dem Hahn!). Die Informationen von Veronica, unserer Gastgeberin waren nützlich.

    Perfecto

    Un apartamento excelente. No nos faltó absolutamente nada durante nuestra estancia. La cocina está muy bien equipada, hay lavadora y dos aparatos de aire acondicionado, uno en el salón y otro en el dormitorio, algo que se agradece mucho en Valencia durante el verano. Ni siquiera encendimos la televisión; cuando estás de vacaciones hay tanto que ver que no la necesitas. 😊 Otro punto muy positivo es que es fácil encontrar aparcamiento gratuito en la zona. Solo hay que fijarse en las marcas del suelo: las plazas con línea blanca son gratuitas, mientras que las de línea azul son de pago, aunque por la noche (hasta las 9:00 de la mañana) y los domingos son gratuitas. Verónica y Pancho fueron unos anfitriones de diez. Se estropeó la plancha y, en cuestión de pocas horas, nos trajeron una nueva el mismo día. Siempre respondieron muy rápido y estuvieron pendientes de que todo estuviera perfecto. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí en nuestra próxima visita a Valencia. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

    Wohlfühloase mitten in der Stadt

    Die Wohnung ist so schön wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist optimal, man kann zu Fuß in die Innenstadt laufen oder man nutzt die öffentlichen, Bushaltstelle vor der Haustür, Metro-Haltestelle ca. 600 m. Die Metro L5 fährt vom Flughafen direkt ohne umsteigen zur Station Arago, sehr praktisch. Veronica haben wir nicht persönlich kennengelernt, sie ist aber jederzeit über die Nachrichten erreichbar. Der Checkin erfolgte elektronisch, hat alles bestens funktioniert, die Schlüssel liegen dann in der Wohnung. Alle Fenster und Balkon/Terrasse liegen zum Innenhof, ein großer Vorteil, da die Straße vor dem Haus stark befahren ist. Zur Begrüßung gibt es eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank, ein toller Service. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Küche erschien uns gut ausgestattet, wir haben aber außer für Kaffee und eine kleine Brotzeit nicht viel gebraucht.

    Jammern auf hohem Niveau, das Türschloss geht etwas schwer.
