    substantieller Schimmel und vorzeitige Abreise

    Die Lage / Nähe zum Strand und zum Zentrum

    Wir haben die Wohnung aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen angemietet und können diese in keiner Weise nachvollziehen, da wir bereits nach drei Tagen (geplant waren sieben) aus Angst um unsere Gesundheit wieder abgereist sind. Bereits beim Betreten der Wohnung kam uns ein sehr unangenehmer modriger Geruch entgegen. Bei näherer Betrachtung stellte sich heraus, dass das Apartment ein substantielles Schimmelproblem hat. Diesen mussten wir in mehreren Räumen (darunter im Bad und Schlafzimmer) finden. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin wurde die Vermieterin sehr ungehalten und beschuldigte uns, diesen verursacht zu haben. Gott sei Dank haben wir schnelle und unproblematische Hilfe von Booking erhalten, das uns nach Zusendung von Fotos und der Schilderung der Probleme den Großteil unseres Geldes wieder zurückerstattet hat.
