Disappointed
The location was good.
The apartment had electrical problems, which management was aware of before we arrived. Sometime during the third night the power went out. We reported the issue first thing the next morning and we were ignored for most of the day. When they finally did respond they treated us like we had the problem not them. That night when they did finally send some guy over to look at it they realized they actually needed an electrician to fix it. At that point we moved to different accommodations. They promised a refund for the unused days but have not provided one, almost a week later and we keep getting excuses…they are trying to refund us but bookings.com and the owners are having issues.

Check list necesaria para evitar frustraciones, por favor.
La ubicación está cerca de todo, muy buena. Es bien iluminado, cómodo para una pareja, la cocina está bien equipada. El host respondió rápido tratando de ayudarnos e incluso envió un chico que hizo lo que pudo pero eso podría evitarse si hicieran un Check list antes de cada visita.
No me gustó que hubieron desperfectos en el departamento quitándonos tiempo el primer día: cosas que tendrían que ser checkeadas previamente a la llegada de los huéspedes. Por favor eso es muy importante: que hayan manuales de funcionamiento de los electrodomésticos, que se fijen que las persianas estén funcionando, que la puerta del baño no se quede trabada, que el resumidero del baño no se tape en plena ducha, una sopada seria muy conveniente, que la cortina del baño funcione o arreglen la mampara para que el piso del baño no se moje. Considero que seria muy bueno que alguien te espere y explique todo personalmente o hagan un video. También por favor les pediría que de cortesía ofrezcan unos saquitos de te, o café, azucar. Sería muy amable que haya detergente para la ropa y pinzas para colgarla. Una de las lamparitas al costado de la cama no funcionó. El departamento es cómodo, iluminado pero esos detalles no nos dejaron disfrutar mucho de la estadía. La limpieza no fue muy buena, las frazadas estaban manchadas y podrian tambien dejar extras blanquets y almohadas. Quiero decirles a las personas mayores o con problemas de movilidad que lo piensen muy bien porque los tres pisos con maletas pesadas fueron dificiles.
