    Nice flat but does not worth all the trouble to get in !

    The appartment is correct; rather spacious and clean but a little bit darker. This being said it does’t worth all the trouble to get in. 1) You have to register to the owner so download an app to send info and pictures of the passport … but it was not working so you have to go through Assistance… 2) you have to get a 30 minutes free permit to drop your luggage (then park somewhere) becausse it is in a restricted area of Pamplona….but it requires a Spanish phone number only…so you go back to Assistance when you arrive to get it for you…I sent my request at 5:30 and got the permit at 6:30 And you have to do it again when you leave. (We did not, parking the motorcycle as close as possible, and walking the distance with all our things…enough time waisted). 3) Assistance is willing to help you and they do help you but they are not at the top of my list: they keep on starting to write me in Spanish, does not realize that the process is complicated , and finally someone write me to apologize but it was 8:00 pm the day we left at 9:00 am….anyway that was nice. Be aware that you have to be comfortable with working on line on your smartphone; To finish if we had known all of this we would have gone somewhere else.

    Nothing personal, flat is correct but the process is too long, boring and complicated. It is too much time and energy waisted.

    Fijne plek om Pamplona te verkennen!

    Locatie, heel Pamplona op loopafstand. En gezellige inrichting!

    Wat misverstand bij aankomst, we konden eerder naar binnen maar dat werkte toch niet. Computers!!!
