  The apartment is conveniently located close to a metro station, a café, and a shop, which we really appreciated. We also appreciated the flexibility regarding an earlier key collection and the option to leave our luggage before check-in. Communication with the owner was good, and overall, we enjoyed our stay.

  The apartment looks better in the photos than it does in reality. The walls are dirty and could really use a fresh coat of paint, as the overall impression was that the apartment was poorly maintained and neglected. There is no coffee machine in the kitchen, even though it is mentioned in the description and shown in the photos. Basic items such as salt and sugar are also missing. Although these are not listed in the description, providing them would cost the owner very little and would be a nice touch that guests would appreciate. The photos show decorative cushions that make the living space look cosy and inviting, but there were none in the apartment. Similarly, the blanket on the sofa bed in the living room was dirty. The photos also show toiletries in the bathroom, but in reality, there was only a small amount of shower gel left. These may seem like small details, but they are exactly the kinds of things that can influence a guest's decision to book this apartment. Unfortunately, they were missing or not as expected upon arrival. Providing these small extras and ensuring they are clean would cost the owner very little but would make guests feel much more comfortable and welcome.

  für Stadterkundung an kühlen Tagen geeignet

  +Lage nah zur Metro

  -ohne Beleg/Berechnungsgrundlage nicht 19,80 € wie im Portal angekündigt, sondern 48 € Tax verlangt (für 2 Erw., 1 Kind 6 Nächte) -79 Stufen, da quasi Etage 5,5 entgegen der Werbung -nur im WoZi AC, Schlafräume weit weg und heiß (5.-11.9.26 draußen bis 33 Grad) -Duschstange, Wasserkocher fehlen -es gelang uns nicht die Liege im WoZi zu kippen (als Schlafplatz gedacht)

  Muy agradable y acogedor

  Todo. muy lindo, con todos los servicios necesarios para una excelente estadía, muy cerca de la estación de tren. La persona que alquilan siempre muy pendiente, fue una excelente estadía. Gracias por todo :)

  The host was willing to let us get the keys and put our luggage even before check-in time, thanks to the cleaning lady. Easy access by metro. The apartment was large.

  The neighborhood was not too nice, the building staircase was dirty, AC only in the living room did not reach the bedrooms and it was too hot, AC needed to empty the water tank every 5 h, very small kitchen. Everything needs better maintenance.

  A budget option not worth the saved money

  The price was good

  Climbing to the fifth floor with luggage was a challenge (if I am not wrong, it said 3rd floor in the description). We were late compared to the agreed time and the owner tried to charge us extra money. Overall, the communication style was as if we checked into a prison. The next morning, the owner cancelled our stay because of “no show” - even if we had agreed that we would not stay stay for the first night out of view - presumably to prevent us from writing a review. Unpleasant.
