    No te soluciones a las incidencias

    Tiene buena ubicación y bonitas vistas

    Tuvimos una gotera grande ,llamamos al hotel que es quien lo gestiona todo y no nos dieron ninguna solución, su respuesta fue "el gerente no está disponible" por lo que no podían hacer nada , les pedí que nos reubicarán solo esa noche hasta que vaya el técnico porque iba con dos niños( que por cierto la niña se cayó con el agua en el suelo) pero nos dijeron que de ninguna manera, así que nos pasamos la noche cambiando el cubo de agua ,el técnico apareció a las 14:30 del siguiente día , sin previo aviso y cuando llegamos había accedido sin autorización al apartamento diciendo que era una pequeña condensación. Cuando hablamos con el gerente nos dijo que son cosas que pasan y se acabó el tema . PD: no os compensa la bonitas vistas si tenéis que pasar la noche despiertos y sin soluciones.
