Nettes Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern (Doppelstockbett für Kinder), man hat einen großen Balkon mit Ausblick, das Pool ist am Nachmittag schön sonnig und liegt gegenüber dem eigentlichen Gebäude, es befinden sich mehrere Restaurants und ein Einkaufzentrum fußläufig entfernt, die Metro Station Rivas Vaciamadrid liegt direkt gegenüber (man ist in ca. 50 Min. an der Puerta del Sol), ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Gebäude, die Küche ist relativ klein - ist aber relativ gut ausgestattet, es gibt eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine, die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos - wir wurden von jemanden in Empfang genommen und in das Apartment geführt
eine richtige Kaffeemaschine wäre noch ein Plus, der Preis war mit ca. 250 € pro Nacht verhältnismäßig hoch - dafür ist das Apartment wie erwähnt - sehr ansprechend

Almost perfect
The location was great, 3 minutes away from the metro station. The apartment was new and comfortable for two adults and the children. The owners were very friendly and helpful resolving a few issues we encountered. The pool was great for the kids (although not much shade) during a big party of the day.
There were a few small issues regarding cleaning: poorly cleaned pans/spoons in arrival, dusty air vents, and during the mid-stay cleaning the cleaning crew left us with 2 fresh towels instead of 5. We provided feedback and I believe this will be fixed for upcoming stays.
