Buena ubicación, cómodo y confortable.
El alojamiento está limpísimo y bien situado. Es confortable para una pareja, no tanto si van más personas, el sofá cama, pues no dejas de ser un sofá cama.
Solicitan una fianza de 300€ que yo no he visto publicada. Debes pagarla 10 días antes de entrar y la devuelven 15 días después de salir, cuando hay nuevos inquilinos al día siguiente en el alojamiento, es decir, han debido comprobar que todo está ok, el mismo día de la salida. Además, debes de hacer transferencia a un número de CC que no sabes a quien pertenece. Anómalo y sumamente raro. Tardaron 15 días en devolver la fianza, pero he de decir que la devolvieron.

It was a great stay and would recommend highly this apartment, they just need to sort the access.
The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is well located with lots of local Tapas bars to go to. It is also close to the beach.
The check in was very frustrating with the instructions provided via email having errors and that they are using an App to unlock the first two gate/doors, which the App didn't work when we got there. The instructions for the 1st gate were totally wrong as the apartment room number as instructed was not on the buttons to push so this needs to be updated. Note that we did try the App later in day for the 2nd door and it did work on this occasion so we were doing it right, but the App was unreliable. We tried ringing the phone number provided but they didn't speak English and we didn't speak Spanish, so she hung up on us the first time and then we rang back when we found someone from the building who spoke English to talk to her and she kept saying they had sent me instructions to get in, which was true but they just didn't work. The person from the building let us in the gate and the first door and we were able to go to the apartment and the code on the door worked and the keys were there, so it was solved without any support from the apartment owner.

El apartamento está muy bien. Limpio, buena ubicación cerca de la playa. Piscina tranquila.
A pesar de los anti insectos en los enchufes que disponían volvimos llenos de picaduras. La fianza tarda en devolverse. Las sartenes estaban muy usadas y se pega la comida.

El apartamento todo perfecto
La Fianza 300 € más que el alquiler, ingresada 5 días antes y devuelta 13 días después, no se entiende.

El apartamento es tal como se ve en las fotos, está todo nuevo, menaje de sobra, lavavajillas, una terraza espectacular, todo perfecto
