L' appartement, situé en plein cœur de ville, est à 10 mn de la gare à pied et à proximité des plages, c est pratique !
Il serait utile de mettre à disposition un torchon de vaisselle.

Bon emplacement mais pas d'isolation
L'emplacement en plein centre
Le logement manque d'équipements de première nécessités (torchons pour la vaisselle...) Frigo rouillé (caché par des autocollants) Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage et très vétustes ce qui pose un problème d'isolation (bruit et air), en sachant que le camion de poubelle et la laveuse passe vers 3h du matin dans la rue...
