  Cuando llegamos no estaba limpio. Avise que llegaría más tarde y aún así no habían limpiado el apartamento . Me cobraron la fianza encima dos veces para una sola noche

  Would not return.

  Arrived middle of the night, had to travel to the office first to get keys from a locked box. Apartment is old and needing a big revamp. It was clean. Everything you need suppose. Mattress was lumpy. Kitchen cupboards hanging off. Clutter everywhere. Cupboards full of rubbish, no wardrobe space cause of this. It’s a residential area with a shared pool. The pool area is lovely, however there are only 2 loungers in the apartment you need to take down to the pool everyday. Pool area has a life guard/inspector. Very strict. We had children. No playing in the pool, jumping splashing etc. no food allowed. The residents who live there very vocal about dos and fonts! Location was a 15 minute walk to the beach, ok walking there slight hill on the way back. The area itself is nice. I would not return to this apartment.

  Dated, Overpriced and Poor Host Communication

  The swimming pool was great but it would have been nice to be informed how to access the pool i.e. that there was a key fob in the apartment, which we only found out on the 2nd day due to no response from the host for 24hrs and also the restricted hours of use.

  Firstly the communication with the host was poor and most initial responses were generated by AI. Collecting the keys late at night from a key safe at a different location was not ideal. Then also not knowing which apartment the keys were for was unhelpful. It took us nearly an hour to gain entry to the correct apartment thanks to a local assisting us. There was no mention of the room being across the corrider from a dental practice. There were no instructions in the apartment regarding wifi code or how to operate items like the TV (which did not work) and air con etc. The back kitchen door does not look and can be pulled open (could do with a bolt on it). There was no mattress protector on the bed or pillows. There was no clothes airer or hairdryer. The bulb light in the main bedroom did not work. The block was noisy at night. There was only half the use of a wardrobe because the other half was locked off and this only had 3 coat hangers. Due to arriving late at night and the local shops being closed, there was nowhere to purchase water and mosquito deterrent so it would have been nice if these had been in the apartment because as a result we were bitten badly during the night.
