    Location and proximity to the beach.

    Parking is a problem despite the availability of four spaces for ten apartments. Unfortunately, some tenants behave inconsiderately by keeping the only key for the four reserved parking spaces and using them constantly, preventing the other tenants from having access to them. There is also a hotel nearby that is currently undergoing major demolition and renovation work, which causes some noise disturbance during the day.
