  Pésima relación calidad-precio. 1ª linea de playa, pero al lado del puerto, con malos olores.

  Vistas al mar Céntrico, pero con aparcamiento relativamente fácil. Tamaño del apto.

  Pésima relación calidad-precio, carísimo para lo que ofrece. Fuimos en temporada alta, fechas caras, pero aún así debería costar la cuarta parte. Camas incómodas, duras. En las camas pequeñas, colchones viejos de muelles, a los que les han colocado un topper de espuma para intentar hacerlos cómodos. Sofá pequeño, viejo, desgastado, maloliente TV pequeña y el mando a distancia no funcionaba. Cambiaron las pilas, pero no era ese el problema. Tampoco funcionaba el mando a distancia del aire acondicionado del salón. Finca antigua, nada más entrar al portal se percibía un olor a viejo desagradable En 1ª linea de playa, pero como está al principio de la misma, junto al puerto deportivo y comercial, al entrar al agua había un olor nauseabundo, a cloaca. Tenías que alejarte un buen trecho huyendo de la proximidad del puerto. La piscina está en un complejo separado, hay que cruzar la calle, y es vieja, pequeña y falta de mantenimiento. A pesar de la barbaridad del precio, te cobran el consumo de electricidad. Ridículo. Se recoge en las condiciones, pero un tanto "escondido". Algunos pequeños desperfectos. Además de los 2 mandos a distancia que no funcionaban (ya citado), el soporte del teléfono de la ducha estaba roto, también uno de los interruptores de luz, y el mango del secador de pelo.

  The location was amazing, the apartment was basic but had everything we needed.

  The location was fantastic with the beach on the doorstep and the ‘strip’ only a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment had everything you needed.

  The apartment was basic and a little bit ‘tired’ - could do with a refresh. The balcony is tiny and the furniture is metal edged - in 38 degrees it burns! The pool was in the next complex over, again a bit dated and sadly had no toilet facilities or shade - great for a cool dip but couldn’t stay for long.

  Great location with a lot of room for improvement. The host was responsive and kind.

  Pros: Great location Two bedrooms

  Cons: The sofas and beds were not very comfortable, which made longer stays less enjoyable. The apartment was not stocked with basic essentials upon arrival. We had to buy everything ourselves, including trash bags, cleaning supplies, dish soap, and laundry detergent. While there was a washing machine, it did not clean clothes very effectively. For a 9-night stay, each guest received only one bath towel and one beach towel for the entire stay. Any additional towels had to be rented from the pool, which was disappointing for a longer vacation. Another unexpected issue was that the Booking listing did not clearly mention that electricity would be charged separately. Another inconvenience was the hot water system. The apartment uses a boiler that must be turned on manually, and it takes about 30 minutes before hot water is available. Once the hot water runs out, you have to wait another 30 minutes for it to heat up again. As a result, I ended up taking cold showers several times. For a family on vacation, having to constantly manage things like hot water, electricity usage, and purchasing basic household supplies took away from what should have been a relaxing stay.

  Too expensive for what you got didn’t meet expectations liked the area would go back just not to thi

  The location good, but there’s a lot of properties in the same area

  It wasn’t very clean the basics like loo roll weren’t included the beds had plastic mattress protection which made the beds uncomfortable and hot. The whole complex is old and dated and very tired and dirty looking. We had cockroaches in our apartment!
