Not too great unfortunately
The host is really wonderful - super helpful and very quick to respond. The location is solid - easy to walk to all the major sights and excellent restaurant/cafe options within a block of the apartment. The little terrace is very cute and the apartment is well decorated. It's quite small but functional.
The bedroom had very strong chemical "airfreshner" type of smell. It was overpowering, gave me a headache and made my eyes water. I thought there was an air freshner plugged in somewhere, but it turned out it was the sheets and pillow cases - the detergent/fabric softner likely had this ridiculously strong smell. The owner was trying to help solve the problem and offered to send the cleaner, but I had to put the phone down at that point as I had a splitting headache. I washed the bedding twice without any cleaning solutions, and it helped somewhat. (there is a reason hotels don't use detergent with strong smells). In the meantime, we went to sleep on the sofa, which was sadly broken - the extension part that turns into a bed wouldn't stay up and folded back down from applying a tiny bit of weight to it. So yeah, it was not a very restful 2 nights unfortunately. Others had complained about the noise from the bad downstairs - we had the windows closed and didn't hear much until the bar closed their shutter late at night. What a horribly scary noise to wake up to - I thought someone broke into the apartment. Another minor inconvenience - the street is pedestrian which means you have to drag your bag for about a block. Which is not a problem if you are traveling light, but makes things more difficult if you have kids and bags.
