Struttura molto comoda per Alcazar e pizza di spagna. Casa completa di tutto il necessario per pulire i panni e cucinare. Stanze spaziose e luminose. Parcheggio top, ci si arriva con l, ascensore
Un po' scomoda per il Barrio centrale di Siviglia e un po' rumorosa a causa delle finestre a vetro singolo

tolle Zentrumslage und trotzdem ruhig
die Lage im Zentrum ist nicht zu toppen. Alle Atraktionen sind fußläufig zu erreichen, wenn man noch gut zu Fuß ist. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig. Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es gibt alles was man braucht. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl direkt von der Tiefgarage in den ersten Stock, wo das Apartment liegt. Unser Auto brauchten wir zur Besichtigung von Sevilla nicht. Die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage ist ziemlich eng, so dass wir froh waren alles zu Fuß zu erledigen.
ein paar Anmerkungen, was erneuert werden sollte haben wir dem Eigentümer mitgeteilt, es sind nur Kleinigkeiten z.B. dass die Wasserspülung der Toilette etwas läuft. Er wird sich darum kümmern. Wir können das Apartment empfehlen

Ottimo sotto tutti gli aspetti!
L’appartamento è molto bello ed accogliente. Posizionato molto vicino al centro, quindi facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Il parcheggio nel garage sotterraneo incluso è un valore in più vista la zona! L’host, molto socievole, ci ha anche consigliato alcuni posti da visitare ed altri dove andare a mangiare o a fare un break.
