    Muy buena opción de hospedaje en Luanda.

    Muy lindo departamento, bien equipado, localizado en la zona céntrica de Angola. Los anfitriones Kassia y su esposo fueron muy atentos desde el inicio hasta mi salida.

    Unfortunately, I did not feel safe or comfortable,

    Location was great

    Unfortunately, I did not feel safe or comfortable during my stay. There was no running water for approximately four days, and when the water returned it was orange/brown. I had to use a container to wash and carry out basic daily activities. There was also a dispute about alleged damage to the property, which I did not agree that I was responsible for. During this dispute, the host repeatedly contacted me and demanded payment. I felt pressured, intimidated and frightened, particularly because I was alone and far away from home. The host also came around the property repeatedly, which made me feel even more insecure. I did not feel that I could relax or feel safe in the accommodation. I am sharing this review because I believe future guests should be aware of my experience. I would strongly recommend that Booking.com investigate the issues surrounding the water failure, the damage claim and the way the situation was handled.
