La urbanización tiene vigilancia privada
Todo en general.No hicimos caso a las reseñas malas y tenían razón.Antes de llegar al alojamiento nos dicen que tenemos que abonar 320€ sin motivo.nos ponemos en contacto con Booking y nos dieron la razón.los baños pequeños.la ducha de la habitación mide 70x70( ridícula).Compartimos entrada con los dueños ,ellos tienen una segunda puerta para su privacidad y nosotros no tenemos.puede entrar al alojamiento quien quiera.obras enfrente del alojamiento.2 noches de fiesta en la casa del vecino.la primera noche termino temprano,el segundo día empezaron por la mañana y a las 12 de la noche seguían,con música,ruido,cantos y gritos.nos quejamos a la dueña y a la 1 de la mañana pararon.Las almohadas malísimas como papel de fumar. El que quiera usar la barbacoa depende del horario son 100€ o 200€ por día.piscina compartida y con horario.Procurar tener datos ilimitados el wifi no va muy bien.Pasamos 4 noches y a la nevera le llevó 3 días enfriar la bebida( un poco.no llega a enfriar)el congelador bien.

It did the job for us and we got our work done.
Access was easy enough with supermarket within reasonable walking distance. A suburban area which seemed relatively safe. On road parking right outside. Decent sized bedrooms. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Small, but well stocked kitchen. Nice enough welcome from the owners. No issues with the deposit. The two showers and separate toilets were sufficient. Access to Madrid centre was not difficult with a station about 15 minutes walk away.
Not a great amount of space to relax together in the apartment. Only one settee, but a large dining table. There were eight of us sharing. I think "luxurious" maybe pushing it a bit.
