Todo maravilloso, el apartamento es precioso limpio,con todas las cosas que necesites,hasta cafetera expreso, tetera,tostadora... Plancha..y con un patio bien bonito. Nos ha encantado,las camas super cómodas y la ubicación muy buena,al lado del rio Guadalquivir y a unos 20 minutos andando a la catedral pero por calles con muchas tiendas

Das Apartment liegt in einem sehr schönen Stadtteil in Sevilla, nahe genug um theoretisch zu den Hauptmonumenten in 20-30min zu gelangen, trotzdem weit genug entfernt um authentische nicht touristische Gastronomie erleben zu dürfen. Der Gebäudekomplex ist ebenfalls sehr charmant und fast schon Cliché Spanien. Die Gemeinschaftsterasse ist außerdem ein netter Bonus
Das Apartment wäre wirklich hervorragend würde etwas mehr Liebe in die Erhaltung und Pflege gesteckt werden. Einige Beispiele wären die kaputte Spüle, der schmutzige bzw. Stellenweise verschimmelte Duschboden, Ameisen im Bad, teilweise kaputte Griffe und abgegriffene Möbel usw. Zusätzlich sei angemerkt, dass das Apartment für 3 Personen schon sehr eng ist, es ist eine eindeutig bessere Option für ein Pärchen.

Veliki prostrani apartman, sve je funkcioniralo, tus je bio dobar, ima normalni mlaz. Ima kafe apart i kapsule za kavu. Treba 10,15 min hoda do centra, ali pola sata hoda do Plaza de Espane. Nije bilo bucno iako se sve cuje vani ako su otvoreni prozori. Mi smo bili 2 dana ali ne ta vikend.
Nema parkinga iako pise da ima. Mi smo parkirali u la cartuji, parking se mora prethodno rezervirati. Posjetio nas je i jedan zohar ali smo ga savladali, nista strasno :)
