  The sea view!

  I do not recommend this accommodation. The apartment is located in an old building; right at the entrance, you are greeted by a foul smell of sewage and mustiness. The stairwell looks old and dilapidated, creating a depressing atmosphere. Inside the apartment, the smell of sewage is even worse than in the hallway—it is barely bearable. Although there are two bathrooms, the one in the bedroom is almost impossible to use in the summer due to the heat; it is located next to a depressing-looking drying area that houses the air conditioning unit. The bathrooms are inconvenient and lack hooks for towels or other items. The shower seals are loose, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor, which has no drain. Furthermore, on the second day—August 14th—the plumbing backed up. The toilet and shower were connected, causing sewage to spew out into the shower area. I reported this to the owner, who told us to use the other bathroom (which was tiny and stiflingly hot) and said he would send someone on Monday. No one came to fix the issue. When I returned, I discovered that the second bathroom was also backing up sewage into the shower. I bought a plunger myself and tried to clear the toilet using drain-unblocking products and my own tools. The next day, a plumber arrived; he seemed familiar with the problem and asked for a mop. He shoved the mop into the toilet and cleared the blockage. The plumber left, but all the filth remained in the showers and on the floor; no one came to clean it up. We had to clean it ourselves.the filth, even though that was the owner's responsibility. We had to disinfect the mop ourselves—which the plumber had stuck in the toilet—just to clean up the mess left behind. As if that weren't enough, the next day my son told me he saw a cockroach on the curtain (see photos). We tried twice to change our accommodation, but the owner refused, despite everything that had happened. We were forced to stay there.
