Que sería bueno una secadora porque habemos personas que viajamos de lejos y con la ropa humeda

Que esta ubicado en el centro de Santander

Que hubo secadora y me toco llevar mi ropa húmeda de regreso

  Wors service ever received

Nice and tidy retro home, 15 mins from the beaches and the city center.

Worst service ever received. We arrived at 9 PM and stayed 2 nights (2 couples). It’s a bit difficult to get in the appartment but manageable. But the garage door didn’t open so I called the host. First surprise: he spoke only spanish so we communicated on whatsapp. After 30 mins of invane trials to open the garage door, after I sent him several pictures he came to the conclusion that it’s my fault , the remote control should work (as it had worked last week…). Hi didn’t show up. So we parked the car in garage Tehuan (1 km away) for 20 EUR per day. No call, no show up, no question from the host the next day or after during our stay… We travel a lot, first time I had this experience that as a customer I’m not valued at all, my problem was totally neglected. I don’t blame the poor guy on the other end of the phone. This company operates 40 homes in Santander. Check and avoid booking in any of these homes. They don’t care about their customers.
