    The host Mabel was super friendly and helpful. The location was ideal . 5 mins to old town or beach. Well equipped rooms, clean and modern . .

    Kommer aldrig til at booke denne lejlighed igen

    Lejligheden er som udgangspunkt fin og har en smuk udsigt, men vi kan desværre ikke anbefale den i sommermånederne. Vi var tre generationer afsted. Der er kun én aircondition i stuen og ingen i de tre soveværelser, som ligger i den modsatte ende af lejligheden. De har kun ventilatorer, og kl. 22 målte vi over 28 grader i soveværelserne. Åbne døre og vinduer hjalp ikke på varmen, men gav i stedet støj og lugtgener fra gården. Der var heller ikke noget bidét, selv om det fremgik af facilitetsbeskrivelsen. Rengøringen var desuden mangelfuld med meget snavs under sengene og service med gamle madrester. Da vi dokumenterede dette, beskyldte udlejeren os for at fabrikere beviser. Hendes kommunikation blev efter vores oplevelse personlig og intimiderende, og hun kommenterede bl.a., at vi som nordboere ikke var vant til varmen. Vi fraflyttede derfor efter første nat. Herefter blev det en lang kamp at få vores €350 kontante depositum tilbage, selv om Booking.com flere gange kontaktede udlejeren. Vi fik først pengene retur ni dage senere, dagen før vores oprindelige udtjekning. Vi er Genius Level 3-kunder, rejser meget og har aldrig tidligere haft behov for at klage over et ophold. Smuk udsigt, men manglende aircondition i soveværelserne, dårlig rengøring og især udlejerens håndtering gjorde det til en meget skuffende oplevelse.
