La casa tra i babaneti e mare.
Casa perfetta e confortevole. Una vista mozzafiato sul mare che ti cattura e vorresti rimanere lì,ad ammirare il panorama, tutta la giornata.

Bad service and annoying environmental sounds with a nice view on the ocean
The view on the ocean is great, the apartment is itself has all the basic needs.
The apartment is rented by a real eastate company, ETC Madeira. You can check their reviews on Google, and see how the company responds on complaints. Please check it before you book. Service: Our check in time was suddenly changed to 16.00 in the afternoon. We had fresh groceries like meat, milk products and icecreams in our car which we have to throw away because of the heat during the day. Thereby, we missed a great part of the expected day in the accomodation. In coorperation with booking.com a partial compensation was agreed with ETC Madeira. However, when finally arrived at the apartment the financial compensation was denied by the company and the contact about it was unpleasant. Booking.com totally agreed with us and compensated us even more than I asked for. Also be ware the company prefers you to pay in cash for 70% of the total booking fee, for me that's quite unusual. The apartment: What you don't see on the pictures are the environmental sounds. Staying in an banana plant area seems peaceful, but in reality the is a lot of farming work going on, which gives quite a lot of noice during the day. Thereby the different farmers own dogs, barking during the day, but also during the early morning and during the nice sunset times. Not so peaceful for me.
