The stay was okay but poor ventilation and outside noise made it less comfortable
The location is easy to get around.
The towels didn’t smell fresh, and the glasses in the cabinet also had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom smelled slightly musty, and the room felt stuffy when the windows were closed. However, opening the windows allowed cigarette smoke and street noise to enter, which could be bothersome. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. I also had to keep the fan running to improve air circulation and make the room more comfortable.

Kleine Oase in suuper Lage
Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Altstadt, Geschäftsviertel und Strand..Das Parkhaus ist nur rund 150m entfernt. Die Betten sind gemütlich, alles ist sauber und die Begrüßung war hervorragend. Super um mal kurz eine Pause zu machen ohne extra Zeiten oder Kosten für Bus oder Taxi einzukalkulieren.
Nichts womit wir nicht gerechnet haben, man sollte sich dessen also vorher bewusst werden: Natürlich war es laut, aber wer mittendrin sein will muss das akzeptieren. Der Parkplatz kostet 25€ pro Tag also bitte auch einkalkulieren.

Een fijne uitvalsbasis voor strand, stad en uit eten! Bovendien is de gastheer heel goed bereikbaar en heeft leuke tips
De locatie is top! Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig kunt hebben zoals een vaatwasser, wasmachine en fijne bedden.
Wat achterstallig onderhoud in de badkamer en erg warm ondanks de (verouderde) ventilatoren.
