    Muy bueno pero...

    La ubicación es excepcional, cerca de donde salen las excursiones y barco taxi, prácticamente en frente, y a 2 cuadras del centro,

    Poniéndome muy fino el condominio en gral se nota que es antiguo y su mantenimiento es el mínimo indispensable, yo tuve problema con la apertura del portón varias veces, y el departamento donde paraba un dia que llovía filtraba agua entre la junta del cerámico de la parte inundando el piso
