The unit was dated and needs substantial maintenance to meet minimal standards of a reasonable rental property.

    Location

The physical description on the website was not congruent to the reality and was extremely misleading and disappointing. Most notable were the broken and cracked induction stovetop burners, cracked toaster casing, broken knobs in shower, de-silver mirror, shabby shower lever, rusted and loose make up mirror, worn bedroom curtains, and linens and pillow was stained, etc. etc..
